4¾" gauge GWR 4-2-2 No. 3004 "Black Prince". Painted in standard GWR livery with the GWR crest on the tender being located between the words Great and Western. Old model built by H.C.S. Bullock with some distinguishing marks - feedpipe to clack on the backhead missing, drain pipe from water gauge missing, the pressure gauge is large (1½" diameter) and of vintage look, there is a builders plate on the sideframe above the main axle box that is inscribed "Rebuilt Swindon Works 1903".
The model has been run on air but not steamed in the last twenty years. The paintwork has been professionally refurbished in the last five years and the model looks in showcase condition.
